Bespoke Bridal Gown Case Study

I got the dress of my dreams at The Bridal Quarters!

When I first met Emma at her shop, The Bridal Quarters, I was full of apprehension.

Having spent the last year wondering if I should wear a wedding dress, which was bought for me well ahead of Covid happening, I didn’t know if I could justify considering buying another dress, let alone go through the whole process of choosing a dress again!

Emma filled me with ease from the first moment, and her social pages had already done a fabulous job of showcasing her talents ahead of the appointment. I immediately felt comfortable to start trying on dresses and considering new and different options – all of which sadly weren’t right for various reasons.

But Emma wouldn’t give up on solving my predicament and suggested I visited another shop (how genuine is that?!) to try on other styles. I did, and I found the right style of dress, but not the correct detailing and colour.

Visiting Emma again, she suggested a bespoke gown and after much concern about pricing and not being able to afford something bespoke, I was shocked at how reasonably priced my dream gown would be! We called Emma’s designer, Sharon, who immediately drew the design for my perfect wedding dress, and I promptly burst into tears of happiness – my dream gown did exist!

Only one problem - the wedding was a mere 9 weeks away, and yet Emma and Sharon put me completely at ease. All the fittings were booked in quickly and I felt relaxed through the whole process, giving honest feedback about any changes I wanted and keeping in regular contact with Sharon about those all important small details.

It really was/is the dress of my dreams and to know it’s a one off, bespoke garment makes it all the more special – no one else will ever wear my dress.

Thank you Emma for all your support, kindness and care as your guidance through the process was second to none.
